Kaangkupan ng Filipino 7 Lesson Exemplars sa Implementasyon ng Enhanced MATATAG Curriculum Batay sa Persepsiyon ng mga Guro

Abstract

Layunin ng pag-aaral na ito na suriin ang antas ng kaangkupan, pagtanggap, at paggamit ng Filipino 7 Lesson Exemplars (FIL7-LEx) sa implementasyon ng Enhanced MATATAG Curriculum batay sa persepsiyon ng mga guro. Gumamit ng deskriptibong metodo at sarbey-kwestyoneyr sa apatnapung (40) guro mula sa pampublikong paaralan. Natuklasan na ang mga guro ay may sapat na karanasan sa pagtuturo at patuloy na pag-unlad na propesyonal, subalit may malinaw na kakulangan sa pagsasanay kaugnay sa MATATAG Curriculum at sa pagbuo ng kagamitang pampagtuturo, na nagpapahiwatig ng umiiral na training gap. Sa kabila nito, ang kabuoang antas ng kaangkupan ng FIL7-LEx ay “naaangkop” (Mean = 4.29). Pinakamataas ang kaangkupan sa paghubog ng kagandahang-asal at edukasyong pangkapayapaan (Mean = 4.67), habang nananatiling hamon ang pagtutugma ng dami ng nilalaman at oras ng pagtuturo, na nagreresulta sa coverage over mastery. Sa aspekto ng mga batayang kasanayan, napatunayang epektibo ang FIL7-LEx sa paglinang ng literasi at numerasiya, bagama’t hindi pa ganap ang konsistensi sa lahat ng guro. Sa kognitibong dimensyon, may indikasyon na ang ilang gawain ay hindi lubos na naaayon sa aktuwal na kakayahan ng mga mag-aaral, kahit na maayos ang progresyon ng pagkatuto. Higit pa rito, natukoy na ang antas ng pagtanggap at paggamit ay mataas sa kontekstuwalisasyon (Mean = 4.20), praktikalidad (Mean = 3.85), at adaptabilidad (Mean =4.31). Pinahahalagahan ng mga guro ang kakayahan ng lesson exemplars na maiangkop sa lokal na konteksto, magbigay ng pedagogical flexibility, at pahintulutan ang pagbabago batay sa pangangailangan ng mga mag-aaral. Sa kabuoan, ipinakikita ng pag-aaral na bagama’t ang Filipino 7 Lesson Exemplars ay epektibo at naaangkop bilang kagamitang panturo, kinakailangan pa ng higit na pagpapahusay sa pagsasanay ng mga guro, pag-angkop ng nilalaman sa oras ng pagtuturo, at pagtiyak ng mas angkop na lebel ng mga gawain upang mapalakas ang kalidad ng implementasyon ng MATATAG Curriculum.
