Epekto ng Pagtatamo ng Titulong Master sa Pagganap sa Pagtuturoat sa Promosyon ng mga Guro sa Junior High Schoolsa Lalawigan ng Sorsogon

Sinuri ng pag-aaral na ito ang epekto ng pagtatamo ng Master’s degree sa pagganap sa pagtuturo at promosyon ng mga guro sa Junior High School sa lalawigan ng Sorsogon. Gamit ang disenyong quantitative descriptive at total enumeration sa 100 guro mula sa siyam na pampublikong paaralang sekondarya, natuklasan na ang mga guro ay may mataas na antas ng motibasyon sa pagpapatuloy ng pag-aaral, lalo na ang mga nasa unang yugto ng kanilang karera. Ang pangunahing epekto ng pagkakaroon ng Master’s degree ay ang pagiging eksperto sa sariling larangan (f=50), paggamit ng inobatibong estratehiya sa pagtuturo (f=40), at pagtaas ng tsansa para sa promosyon (f=60). Napatunayan ang makabuluhang ugnayan sa pagitan ng pagkakaroon ng Master’s degree at promosyon ng mga guro batay sa pamantayan ng DepEd, partikular sa posisyong Master Teacher sa ilalim ng Expanded Career Progression (ECP) System. Napag-alaman na ang Master’s degree ay isang mahalagang salik sa propesyunal na pag-unlad, pag-angat sa karera, at pagpapahusay ng kalidad ng pagtuturo. Ang pangunahing awtput ng pag-aaral ay ang kompilasyon ng talaan ng mga guro na nagtamo ng titulong master kaugnay ng kanilang promosyon.
