Pagsusuri ng mga Artikulong Balita sa mga Pampaaralang Pahayagan sa Lalawigan ng Tarlac

Ang pag-aaral na ito ay naglayong suriin ang kalidad ng mga artikulong balita sa mga pampaaralang pahayagan ng limang pampublikong mataas na paaralan sa Lalawigan ng Tarlac mula taong 2022 hanggang 2026. Gamit ang disenyong document analysis, sistematikong sinuri ng mananaliksik at dalawang eksperto ang mga artikulo sa tulong ng analitikong rubrik na sumasaklaw sa limang aspekto: nilalaman, organisasyon, bokabularyo, paggamit ng wika, at etikal na pamantayan. Ginamit ang mean upang ilarawan ang pangkalahatang kalidad ng mga sulatin, samantalang tematikong analisis naman ang inilapat sa mga komento ng mga tagasuri upang matukoy ang mga kalakasan ng mga artikulong nakakuha ng pinakamataas na marka. Natuklasan sa pag-aaral na ang kabuoang kalidad ng mga artikulong balita ay nasa antas na “Napakahusay” ($mean = 4.56$). Nakapagtala ng pinakamataas na marka ang etikal na pamantayan (4.86), na sinundan ng paggamit ng wika (4.55) at bokabularyo (4.54), na nagpapakita ng mataas na kasanayang lingguwistiko at responsableng pamamahayag ng mga mag-aaral. Samantala, ang nilalaman (4.48) at organisasyon (4.35) ay nasa antas na “Mahusay,” na nagpapahiwatig na may puwang pa para sa pagpapabuti sa estruktura at presentasyon ng mga ideya. Bilang tugon sa mga natukoy na pangangailangang ito, nabuo ang mungkahing planong gawaing “TINTA’T TALAS: Planong Gawain sa Pagpapapaunlad ng Kalidad ng Artikulong Balita” na naglalayong higit pang mapahusay ang kakayahan ng mga mag-aaral sa estruktura at nilalaman ng balita. Sa kabuoan, bagaman mataas ang kahusayan ng mga mag-aaral sa etikal at lingguwistikong aspekto, iminumungkahi ang patuloy na pagsasanay upang lalong mapatibay ang nilalaman at organisasyon ng kanilang mga sulatin.
