Entrepreneurship ng Kabataan: Mga Salik na Humuhubog sa Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy at Nagtutulak sa Intensiyong Pangnegosyo

Abstract

Sinusuri ng pag-aaral na ito ang mga salik na nakaaapekto sa entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) at entrepreneurial intention (EI) ng mga mag-aaral sa Senior High School na nasa strand na Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) sa Greenfield International School, isang sagisag-pangalan para sa institusyong kalahok sa pag-aaral. Ginabayan ng Social Cognitive Theory ni Bandura (1997) at Theory of Planned Behavior ni Ajzen (1991), sinuri ng pag-aaral kung paano hinuhubog ng subjective norms, role models, at need for achievement ang kumpiyansa at intensiyon ng mga mag-aaral na tahakin ang entrepreneurship. Gumamit ang pag-aaral ng kwantitatibong deskriptibo-korrelasyonal na disenyo sa pamamagitan ng istrukturadong talatanungan na sinagutan ng 184 respondente. Sinuri ang datos gamit ang regression analysis at mediation analysis sa Jamovi, na may antas ng kabuluhan na .05. Ipinakita ng mga resulta na ang entrepreneurial self-efficacy ay nagsisilbing tagapamagitan sa ugnayan ng subjective norms at need for achievement sa entrepreneurial intention. Ang mga mag-aaral na nakatatanggap ng paghihikayat mula sa mga kapwa mag-aaral, pamilya, at guro, gayundin ang mga may mataas na motibasyong makamit ang tagumpay, ay nagpakita ng mas mataas na entrepreneurial confidence, na nagpalakas naman ng kanilang intensiyong pangnegosyo. Samantala, ang pagkakalantad sa role models ay nagpakita ng negatibo ngunit makabuluhang hindi direktang epekto, na nagpapahiwatig na ang labis na paghahambing sa matagumpay na mga entrepreneur ay maaaring pansamantalang magpababa ng tiwala sa sarili. Ipinakita rin ng regression results na ang need for achievement ang pinakamalakas na direktang predictor ng entrepreneurial intention, kasunod ng subjective norms. Sa kabuuan, binibigyang-diin ng pag-aaral na ang entrepreneurial self-efficacy ay nagsisilbing sikolohikal na tulay na nag-uugnay sa panlipunan at personal na impluwensiya tungo sa motibasyon at intensiyong pangnegosyo. Ipinapakita ng mga natuklasan ang kahalagahan ng pagsasama ng mga gawaing nagpapaunlad ng self-efficacy, makatotohanan at angkop na pagkakalantad sa role models, at mga karanasang pampagkatuto na nakatuon sa achievement sa edukasyong pang-entrepreneurship upang malinang ang tiwala sa sarili at oportunidad na pag-iisip ng kabataang entrepreneur.
